  I entered the shop and promptly told the staff member that I would need some time. Three times I told her that I would need more time. When I ordered, I had to ask for guacamole (which I am paying more for) to be put on the entire 6", had to point this out, explain. With a sigh she then started using more than one hand to make my sandwich. I turned around and my sub with guac was toasted (who heats guac?) I didn't want it toasted and wasn't asked. I asked for mayo and she informed me that she put ranch (one line) and told me I didn't need mayo, I insisted ..another sigh from her. My turkey is slimy and the 11 (counted) pieces of bacon crumble were all together. Very disappointing when people just don't care. Can't post unless you give at least one star

  I had a very poor experience at this Quiznos. I was using the Quiznos app to redeem points for a free sub. The employee did not know how to do this, so she told me I should just have her write down the code and I would just pay for my soup and drink.

  First time here was I suprized the sub was so mouth watering can't wait for the next sub! !!

  Later the manager arrived, and claimed that I did not pay enough, even though I simply followed the instructions given by the employee. She then began to yell at me, and demanded that I give her more money. I naturally refused, as I had paid what I was told to pay by the employee due to the odd circumstance of her not being properly trained to add reward redemptions from the Quiznos app to an order.

  Afterward, I went to refill my drink before leaving, and the manager again began to scream at me that I was stealing and that refills cost 50 cents. I have gotten refills at this Quiznos many times for free, and nowhere in the store does it state that there is a 50 cent charge for refills.

  Ultimately, I would avoid this Quiznos. It seems clear to me why Quiznos is disappearing in the market. The store owners are disrespectful, the employees are poorly trained, and they try to invent various costs in order to extract more money from you after the fact. The quality of the food is definitely better than Subway, but it's not worth the added cost in terms of both money, and bad experience.

  First time and disappointed. We went to this branch 10:50am waiting, because they open at 11am and my mom's craving for it. We went inside at 11:05 to give time to the staff to fix anything she needs to do. But then, she told us that they're not yet open. I ask her what time to open? She answered past 11. They should've change their time instead :(

  Never had the opportunity to try this location because of FALSE hours of operation. Got there at 10:25pm and they were closed, even though the sign on their door clearly states 11pm as closing time.
