  I would like to thank Budget for $350 for a one day car rental at Toronto Pearson airport. The best part came when the reservation dept. booked the vehicle in the wrong name but correct phone number and sent us away with no car and a claim of no way to find any reservation. I returned to clarify that we needed a vehicle even if the reservation was lost and could i speak to a supervisor and Mary the representative at the terminal 1 budget desk Had such a cavalier way to tell me that it wasn't her problem. She didn't care and told me to take it up with reservations. At that point i asked if she wasn't a budget employee at the budget keyosk? Her response was that she literally told me to leave. I smiled asked her her name and left.

  A good go to place for car rental. Can be short in supply of the particular kind of car you want, though

  Great pricing and service. Was able to get the wife checked out with a vehicle faster than getting food at most fast food joints.

  We have used Budget, Guelph for the second time this June. Great cars, very efficient, friendly and accomodating service from the Manager George and his staff. Definitely will return.

  Update: Wife rented again from here. This time they accused her of not filling up the tank on return when she did. AND she showed the gas receipt. Although they have good prices (before fake unwarranted gas charges), we won't be returning and would advise others to proceed with caution.
