  WORST rental experiences. I didn't get a car at all for my reservation for the whole weekend - it ruined my plan. And the exact same thing happened 2 out of 3 times when I tried to rent a car here.

  I rented a car for a few days from the Discount booth inside Golden Triangle Collision at 215 Dawson Street while Golden Triangle repaired my vehicle. Arslan, the Discount rep at Golden Triangle was great to deal with and he gave me a great deal on the rental. I am a happy, first-time Discount customer and I recommend this branch.

  Communication and service was clear, quick & friendly. The cargo van we rented was super comfy and in good shape. The total price was as expected. No hidden costs.

  Good job Discount, on pushing customers away. I would give them a 0/5 if Google allowed me to. I will NOT RECOMMEND Discount to anyone, especially if you really do need the car - don't rely on their service.

  This past weekend I was supposed to pick up my car at 3 pm on Friday, got a call at 2 pm saying that no car is available and they would contact me when a car came in. I never got a call back throughout the whole weekend, not even an apology/notification confirming there won't be cars available. I waited and checked my phone constantly for the whole Friday afternoon, and eventually had to call them to check in with the situation, and they said it's all because people who rent the cars don't return them on time - come on, as a rental company you could have done so much more than just blaming your current customers for the situation and disappointing your potential customers.

  We have had nothing but great service coming here. The staff gets you out the door with professional efficiency. The gentleman who runs the office has on more than one occasion gone above and beyond to keep us happy. Great people to deal with. A sincere thank you yet again from Mitch and Peggy!

  Called early morning to reserve an SUV, as none were availavle from my first choice. My information was taken and reservation confirmed. Upon arrival with all the required documents in hand I was then informed that I did not meet the age requirements to rent an SUV witch for some reason have different terms and conditions of rental than their CARS. I was told I could take a sedan but not the SUV I reserved and required for my trip. No ride out was offered nor any compensation for my inconvenience. Once again I recommend HERTZ rental car where I've never had problems like this. The least they could have done was disclose thier bogus policy over the phone before I wasted my time and aranged a ride down for pick up.

  Also, they don't even try to make it up to an unhappy customer. I told them that this is already the second time I had this unpleasant experience and they should have better solutions, all they said is "unfortunately people haven't returned the cars".
