  He also walked me back into the bay when it was time so I could see for myself that all was in fact well :) He even suggested I come back to have my wheels re-torqued, revealing his attention to quality and detail, as no one else has ever recommended I do this.

  Midas repaired my car and their work was more then id hoped for. I found the management and staff more then willing to help me get back on the road . They were very courteous. The mechanics were very effecient and did an eccellent job. I couldnt of asked for better service. Thank you, Midas.

  I was fairly sure I had nothing to worry about but I really needed a third party to put this gnawing issue to rest and that's exactly what Stephan did. He graciously accommodated my request and took the time to explain the possible outcomes using an in-store demo so I understood exactly what was going on. I don't know cars but I do love learning so this gesture meant a lot.

  This place has just opened in the past year and, so far, I've started with oil changes and proceeded with some more complex mechanical repairs. Even bought a set of tires outside of promotion periods for a fair price. I find them friendly, honest and professional. Prices are competitive and mechanics know what they are doing. I hope the reputation building period continues into the future as it is hard to find a mechanic that is consistently honest, fair and reliable.

  Stefan and Brian were very friendly and helpful when we took our Hyundai Accent in for a recent service check. I had some concerns and questions (and next to no knowledge about cars and service checks) and they were very patient in explaining everything thoroughly and answering any questions I had. The customer lounge area was comfortable and they made sure to let me know periodically about the progress of the service appointment. We will be booking a follow-up appointment soon to take care of a few more things after returning from a short road trip and I am confident they will offer wonderful customer service again!

  It was about a month ago now that I first took my car in to resolve a conflicting report between two other shops and I've been meaning to write a review ever since as Stephan went the extra mile to ensure all was well.
