  Robyn and her team are so incredibly talented at what they do. Their shop is adorable, and their flowers are incredible. There are no words to describe how beautiful their work is. I've been lucky enough to witness her floral designs twice - once in a friend's wedding and once at my own. I knew from the start that she was going to do the flowers for our wedding. Meeting with Robyn is refreshing. I felt completely comfortable that she 100% understood the vision for our wedding. We only met with her twice in the year and a half leading up to our wedding and I was never worried. She was one of the vendors that I trusted to create something gorgeous for our wedding and she did not disappoint. Her ideas were spot-on and really made our wedding unique and cohesive. She brought our wedding to life and exceeded our expectations. I am continually amazed as I look back at pictures of our day. She's the best florist in Guelph, hands down!

  I am in love with their new location! So bright and cheery! The staff is super helpful and provided me with tons of options and customization for my order. I also love their selection of candles, blankets and locally made soap :)

  I bought a baby yucca plant from Blooms & Flora about two and a half weeks ago and over the weekend, I noticed that it was producing white fluff on its leaves especially around where the leaves connected to the cane of the plant. I looked closer to find that they were mealy bugs and there were also scale bugs along the part of the cane that was closer to the soil. I called the store to let them know that I was having this problem and to warn them as these pests are very common in plants grown and imported from warmer places. I was not offered a refund or any type of customer support such as what to do or how to care for my plant. There also didn't seem to be a concern for the quality of the plant they sold me, their supplier, or if I had other plants in my home (mealy and scale bugs can transfer onto other plants). Luckily, I've done some research on my own and was able to get rid of the bugs but with some damage to the plant. In the future, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Customer service was non-existent.

  I placed an order on the website for my sister's birthday. Ordering delivery to Guelph from Calgary couldn't have been easier, and the 'designer's choice' bouquet put together was even better than I could have imagined. Gorgeous!
