  I recently had the pleasure of working with and I would highly recommend Rachna Kothari. She was most personable and very thorough in the search that she did for us. I was impressed by Rachna's professional manner which she maintained throughout - no pressure just good information!

  Not impressed with the overall service. Booking was fine, sent the agent an email and she didn't respond or call me for close to 2 weeks. Then 5 days before I leave for vacation I had to call someone to request my documents. Left a message with a woman and no one called me back for 5 hours. I then called again and I asked when I was supposed to receive my travel documents and the response was 21 days prior to flight. I explained I was leaving in 5 days and had got nothing. Her only response was "Oh maybe the agent didn't set a reminder in her calendar" ...... I was pretty shocked with this as I figured booking with an agency it was so they took care of things like this. Should have just booked on my own.

  Even though I wasn't buying a trip, they still went through the motions of what it would be like to book a trip. Awesome.
